Row 15 begins 'K1, ssk' not 'K3'.
Page 91: Booties
Where instructions are given for the instep work as follows:
Rows 4, 6 and 10 as given in the book.
Row 8: Pick up 21 loops along lower sole edge and ignore these loops
until instructions for working them are given. Complete as for rows 4,6 and
10.
Rows 5 and 9: Work as given in book except delete instructions to
'Pick up 21 loops along lower sole edge.' at end of row.
When last row of bootie has been worked it may also be easier to work
one more
row as it is a pattern row then the joining row is a plain row!

Row 9 delete (Pick up 1 loop/stitch at end of 2nd, 4th
and 6th rows)
Row 10 substitute 'p5' with 'p7'.
Rows 11,13 and 15 end with k1 (not k2tog with picked up stitch).
Row 12 substitute 'p5' for 'k5'.
To knit diamonds of crown together begin row 16 by picking up the loops
at the beginning of rows 10, 12
and 14. These are then knitted
together with the last stitch when rows 1, 3 and 5 of the crown are repeated.
When finishing sew a thread through the loops at the point of each diamond
together and fasten off.
